Winhall

We Are
Vermont.

Winhall is a town located in Bennington County, of the Manchester-Bennington region of Vermont. The town was grated on the same day as Tinmouth and Wells, but nothing is known about Winhall's name.

The village at the junction of Route 100 and Route 30 became known as Bondville in 1888, when a post office was opened there. The Bondville post office remains the only post office in Winhall, and the village is better known than the town.

A notable person from the area is Blackleach Burritt, clergyman in the American Revolution.
