Morgan

We Are
Vermont.

Morgan Vermont is the easternmost town in Orleans County, located in the beautiful and scenic Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, an area that National Geographic selected as part of their geotourism program for sustainable destinations. The town contains two villages: Morgan and Morgan Center.

Lake Seymour is contained entirely within the town, and is the second largest lake to be contained solely within the state. The town was named for John Morgan, a landholder, and the first settler was Nathan Wilcox in 1800.
