Vermont.

Berlin, Vermont is a town in Washington County located just south of Montpelier, and west of Barre, Vermont, off I-89 in central Vermont. Being the town between the two largest cities in the region, much of the commercial business of the region can be found in Berlin, including parts of the Barre-Montpelier Road (US Route 302) and the Berlin Mall.

The headquarters for the Vermont Lottery Commission is located in Berlin, as well as some offices of the Vermont Department of Education.

A notable resident of Berlin, Vermont is Timothy Dwight Hobart, Berlin school superintendent of the late 1800s until he moved to Texas where he was elected mayor of Pampa in 1929.
