Our fish is delivered multiple times a week fresh from the Boston Harbor by Adams Seafood! We then batter it using VT milled organic flour and VT Long Trail Ale. Served up with a heaping portion of our hand-cut Belgian fries and house-made tartar, it's a crispy treat that can't be beat!
